--GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION--
The ice has hit us pretty hard and it looks like it will contiune for the next few days. At this time we will Not Have Email Contact (our internet provider has No Power, so no email thanks or service for a few days...) and we will not have postal/fed ex mail service. You can still purchase any item online and chances are great it will ship Wednesday or Thursday. Nearly every order from last Thursday and Friday and before has shipped!!! We still have a great team of folks working even today (Monday) so please don't worry about long delays with orders; ice storms haven't slowed us much at all in the past. Thanks!
Newly modded pedals take about 3-5 days at the shop, everything is built to order. Keeley Brand Pedals can take longer. View each specific page for details.

Any pedal you send to us for mod work will be done in approximately 3 to 5 days then sent back to you via Priority Mail.

Custom work is done (very rarely!!!) on an open-ended time schedule, sometimes many weeks to months, depending on what we are doing. Even the slightest amount of custom work can add weeks to months to your order. Please, no promise of a time frame. WE DO NOT MOD PEDALS THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON THE WEB SITE

Shipping is now $30.00 per pedal--EXPRESS MAIL--on all single pedal orders overseas!!! It's $45 for shipments of 2-3 pedals, and $60 for shipments of 4-6. Unfortunately there's been a rash of orders that have turned up missing, and Express Mail ensures that our pedals will reach your doorstep in the safest and most direct manner possible. Even our faithful, repeat customers will be required to pay the new per pedal(s) shipping charge.

Signature confirmation will not be used unless you request or if you live in an apartment, etc. We want it to be safe but also try to reduce the costs of the mods. Plus, picking up a package from the post office is not as cool as seeing it on the doorstep!

INCLUDE ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX!!! (Guess how many pedals I have that we're shipped from the UPS STORE, and the customer didn't put his or her info on the inside... they sit here forever!!!
PLEASE INCLUDE A LETTER INSIDE THE PACKAGE WHICH HAS A RETURN ADDRESS, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER.

PAYPAL is preferred, but we will also take money orders, checks (Made out to Robert Keeley), or cash with the pedal.
AFTER YOU HAVE PAYPAL ORDERED a modified pedal or a mod for yours: I will be sent notification of your payment and I will start to work on your pedal. Use the MOD ORDER FORM to get the shipping address and fill in your pedal's details.
